Person who welcomes, informs, refers and supports users. She sees to their comfort and their general needs. She can give them basic care and can install certain devices. It can perform maintenance and office work of a simple nature. This person must be able to translate the words of resource persons and Aboriginal users.
ᑕᑐᐎᒡ ᐊᓯᓇᒂᒡ ᐊᑐᔅᒐᐅᓇ ᑭᔭ ᒐᒂᓐ ᒐᓄᑕᐱᐃᒡ
Specific functions
- Makes phone calls to schedule appointments with internal and external specialists;
- Answer calls from external appointment centers;
- Prepare the necessary authorizations and documents for the appointments;
- Requests RAMQ certification if required;
- Prepares and opens all new patient files;
- Filing in the archives;
- Correspondence;
- Any other tasks requested by his immediate superior.
- Customer registration on the Myles System
- Update customer information on Sicplus
Requirements
- Ability to work on various computer programs;
- Fluency in English and Naskapi,
- Speak French an asset;
- Prioritize teamwork
- Demonstrates initiative, resourcefulness and autonomy
- Reliable
- Empathetic.

- As an Attendant in a Northern Institution: Hourly rate of $25,63;
- Regional disparity premium of 203,66$ per week ( without dependent) to 358,99$ per week (with dependent).
- Cargo premium of $30.27 per week to 181,52$ per week
