Tuberculosis (TB) Screening in Our Community Over the next 10 days, we will be working alongside a specialized TB team from CISSS to carry out intensive tuberculosis (TB) screening in the community. This initiative is an important step in protecting everyone’s health through early detection and prevention. If you are contacted, we encourage you to participate. NEW CASE OF TUBERCULOSIS IN THE COMMUNITY

The CLSC Naskapi and the Direction de santé publique de la Côte-Nord are currently carrying out an investigation aimed at identifying, as quickly as possible, cases of active tuberculosis in the community as well as contacts with latent tuberculosis infection, in order to limit transmission and prevent new cases.
